Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in San Francisco. All was clean, I liked beautiful location and rooms. The restaurant was really nice on the 5th floor, I tried delicious dishes.

The property overall was fairly clean and absolutely fabulous, had cool staff and location. And it also had awesome view. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was luxury. Quite close to the airport, 25 km, perfect for an early flight. The friendly check-in process too.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, friendly location, we booked the deluxe king room and enjoyed it. The warm staff was the best thing, were eager to help. The breakfast had variety of food, like breads, tea and coffee. Late check-out too...

Just wonderful location, BEAUTIFUL facilities. Comfy and fairly large room with a decent view from the window. There were the shops and the markets around the hotel. Moreover, Moscone Center was 5 minutes' walk away.

Everything was perfectly fine, but we stayed for 3 nights only. The staff was very gracious, the accommodation was regular and overall clean. Had a luxurious experience staying at the superior king room. They served tasty coffee, fresh bread and tea.

that was what i call excellent place for honeymoon. great breakfast, new-fashioned rooms, outstanding views. huge suite and perfect bed. stunning location, walking distance to a bustling square. perfect service within 16 miles of the airport.

The phenomenal location, the lively staff and beautifully presented rooms. The continental breakfast was very very good and included cereal, eggs, fresh bread, cookies and yogurt, everything was decent. Indoor pool & amazing bar.
